The Sun is out – hooray!!
The Sun is streaming in through the windows here at the Earl Street Employment office, and we are feeling excited about making the most of sunny weekends, commutes in daylight, and balmy evenings.
So what are you most looking forward to over the next few months? Here are a few of the things we can’t wait to do…
Weekend Pursuits
Spend weekends enjoying the best of the UK’s events and festivals. Have you booked anything yet this year? The the usual array of festivals, the Chelsea Flower Show, Wimbledon, and much more are all scheduled.
Maybe you prefer to make the most of the great outdoors in a more peaceful way, with a stroll in our beautiful countryside or a trip to the beach. Why not be spontaneous – pack up the car (maybe even take a tent if you’re really adventurous!) and take off for the weekend to explore!
Food and Drink
At the end of a working day, will you be racing off to an atmospheric pub garden to relax with a drink in your hand? Or perhaps you will be hot-footing it home to light the barbecue and chill out in the evening sun?!
Maybe you’re a fan of picnicing! If the sun is out during the working week, why not drag yourself away from your desk and eat your packed lunch alfresco! You could even treat yourself and your colleagues to a cheeky ice cream!
Put away the bulky coats and bring on the suncream!
Swap your gloves, scarves, boots and coats for t-shirts, sunglasses, shorts and flip flops!
Whatever you enjoy about the sun, make sure you have time to do it, and lets hope its here to stay!!!
