Benefits of cycling to work!
There are many benefits of cycling to and from work. Although we understand that it can be hard to get out of bed that little bit earlier in the morning we believe that cycling to work makes it worth while. See our reasons below as to why we at Earl Street think cycling to work is a good idea.

Cycling can improve your mood! Exercising releases endorphins which relieves stress and makes you feel happier.
Enjoy the Weather
Cycling to work means you can get some fresh air and sunshine before you start your working day. Although we understand that sunshine isn’t always the case here, recently we have had our fair share. Cycling during the summer gives you that extra time in the morning to enjoy the weather so you won’t feel like you’re missing out when sitting in the office.
Cycling is a great way to save money. You don’t have to spend money on petrol and not to mention the cost of parking! We love a money saving trick, why not spend the pennies saved on treating yourself.
Saving the environment
As well as saving money on petrol you are also helping to save the environment as it’s a pollution free way of travelling.
We could go on and on with a list of benefits. Why not use Cycle to Work Day as some motivation to dust off that bike that’s been sitting in the shed and go for a ride, even if you don’t fancy cycling all the way to work, perhaps you could go for a leisurely cycle around your local park.
