Will I need to pay a fee for the job seeking services provided by Earl Street Recruitment?

Our services are free to all work seekers for both temporary and permanent applicants.  You should not be charged by any recruitment agencies for any job seeking services.

What type of jobs and sectors do you recruit for?

We serve a number of sectors and industries including (but not limited to):

  • Warehousing and logistics
  • Production (including food and fresh produce)
  • All office administrative functions
  • Accounting and finance
  • Legal
  • Sales and marketing
  • Customer service (including call/contact centres)
  • IT
  • Engineering

If the sector or industry for which you are recruiting is not listed above, please contact us as we may be able to assist.

How do I apply for a job on your web site?

You can apply for a job advertised on our website via the blue apply for this job tab at the bottom of each job page.

Can I register for work via your website?

Yes, on the home page click on the SIGNUP tab and this will take you through the whole sign up and registration process.

I have applied for a job through Earl Street Recruitment what happens next?

You will be contacted by one of our recruitment team to discuss your application

Can you help with my CV?

Yes, we are happy to help and give advice, alternatively follow this link to get started now writing your CV

I have registered via your web site, but I am no longer looking for work, can I delete my account?

You cannot delete your online account yourself, however contact one of our representatives who will be happy to help and organise this for you.

What happens if I am offered temporary work through Earl Street Recruitment?

If you are offered temporary work through us, you will have already completed our sign up and registration either in person or via our web site, this will include right to work ID checks.

You will be emailed a confirmation of assignment letter which will include all the details of the assignment, including days and hours of work, rest breaks and pay rate, the job description, location of work, who you should report to and details of any induction or health and safety information such as PPE required.

The email will also include our agency worker handbook and our Key Information Document which give you information about how your pay is calculated and any deductions that will be made for tax, NI and pension purposes.
