Our client is offering an excellent opportunity for someone to join their Warehouse Team at their site on the outskirts of Sittingbourne on a temporary basis.
The client, a market-leading international manufacturing business, are looking for assistance on a temporary basis for around six weeks possibly longer position as a Warehouse Operative.
The hours of work will be 8-hour shifts, working Monday to Friday on a 3 shift basis (06:00 to 14:00, 14:00 to 22:00 and 22:00 to 06:00 nights).
The hourly pay rate will be £15.67.
There will also be holiday pay accrued while working on a temporary basis.
Warehouse/Forklift applicant specification:
· An accredited counterbalance forklift certificate ((issued or refreshed within the last three years)
· Warehouse production or manufacturing experience including manual handling
· Happy to work 3 shift pattern days and night
· Own transport if living outside the Sittingbourne area (Due to the site location own transport is required unless you live in the Sittingbourne area).
· Good knowledge of workplace health and safety
The roles will involve warehouse-based duties including:
· Using forklift trucks to load unload vehicles
· Manual handling and moving of product
Moving of pallets and picking orders in the warehouse
