Night Administration Clerk

Our client based in Lenham have asked us to help recruit a Night Administration Clerk to commence work as soon as possible on an ongoing temporary basis.

The successful applicant will be required to deliver a high standard of Customer Service to all clients and customers, in addition liaising with transport, warehouse and accounts to accurately recording stock levels allow departments to plan, process and dispatch without disruption to service levels.

The hours of work will be a 21:00 to 07:30 working Monday to Friday. The client is offering a competitive hourly pay rate which includes a night shift allowance.

A competitive salary is being offered for this vacancy.

Duties will include

  • Despatching of vehicles and processing inbound deliveries
  • Driver brief/debrief
  • Liaise with warehouse department
  • Pick confirmation/delivery note printing

Person specification:

· A background in administration duties ideally within a logistics environment

· Be computer literate with good data entry skills

· Able to multitask and deal with busy pressured times during the night with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
